Risk Management

Risk Management designs systems that identify and methodically control risks. Risks are any factors that can prevent or damage achievement or potential. Risk management strategies can cover an organisation, a project, or a process -- nothing is too large or too small.

Effective organisational risk management strategies will define risks in a systematic way and enable groups in an organisation to communicate in a common language, comparing risks and defining relativities to give a whole-of-organisation perspective to the risk profile.

Amanda Wright provides training in understanding risk management fundamentals that empowers participants to define risks. She utilises key risk management principles and tools with various styles of group facilitation to identify risks in projects or organisations. Amanda conducts risk management assessments, develops common language and risk phrases, designs risk control mechanisms and establishes a monitor and review process to ensure continuing effectiveness. Amanda develops a risk management model and provides a comprehensive service, channelling the expertise of people in the organisation for tailor-made solutions.
